Shipping Policy

At Double Edged Supplements, we work hard to get your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will do our best to notify you.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination of the order. Once your package has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier and may vary due to factors outside our control.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States unless otherwise stated at checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select destinations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges that may apply to international orders.

Double Edged Supplements is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Double Edged Supplements is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Double Edged Supplements is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, or if you believe it was lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Delayed Shipments

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.
